Appointments can be made for a general male infertility evaluation by calling the office to schedule:

                      -Cincinnati office: 513-366-3410

                      -Dayton office:     937-434-6344

                      -Columbus office:  614-895-3333

If the scheduler does not answer, please leave a message with your name and phone number and they will call you back to help schedule your appointment.

Phone or email consultations are not available for general male infertility issues due to the general complexity of these situations and need for a fertility-related physical exam to look for common findings that decrease semen parameters (such as varicoceles).

Prior Testing

Reports of prior semen and fertility-related blood testing are very important to assessing your fertility situation.  In order to make sure that all of the relevant prior testing is available at the time of your initial evaluation, please contact the ordering physician’s office (or lab where they were performed) and obtain copies of all of these reports.  These reports must be hand-carried by you to your appointment.  Relying on other physician’s offices to fax over reports (without hand-carrying a copy yourself) may result in that information not being available at the time of your consultation with Dr. Russell.
